This is an exciting time to join Passenger; we are looking for an experienced Operations Analyst, passionate about No/Low Code solutions, to join our Platform Team and help our CTO transition the business into adopting Airtable as its operating platform.

Ultimately, you will work with our teams to help review their operating policies and procedures; design and implement custom solutions within Airtable, leveraging other no/low code tools where required (make.com, custom extensions) then successfully deliver these changes into Business As Usual (BAU) whilst minimizing impact and maximizing efficiency.

This is an empowered, varied and fast paced role for somebody passionate about no/low code solutions, agile project delivery and who strives everyday to make people's jobs easier and infrastructure slicker…

Responsibilities

  • Document research/analysis, make recommendations and design solutions for operational change and optimisation throughout the business.

  • Engage and align stakeholders with your plans and vision for change

  • De-risk change by timing interventions and breaking down change into manageable chunks (aka iterations)

  • Develop solutions in Airtable with custom databases (bases) and workflows (interfaces and automations) leveraging additional no/lo code tools when necessary (e.g. extensions in javascript and/or integrations via Make.com)

  • Work with managers and employees to implement change in an agile and iterative fashion.

  • Train employees to use new systems and/or follow new policies.

  • Support and document these processes/systems once they become “Business As Usual”.

  • Determine the effectiveness of new systems and processes and make continual ongoing improvements

Requirements and skills

  • Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst (or similar role), preferably in e-Commerce or apparel/clothing brands

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Agile project and change management expertise

  • Experienced in advanced spreadsheet techniques and relational database design, modeling and querying (SQL); preferably using RDBMS like Airtable (or similar) and BI/Data Warehousing systems.

  • Experience in process automation; using either SaaS/PaaS No/Low code tools (eg make.com, IFTTT, Zapier), advanced spreadsheeting, crontabs and/or custom scripting.

  • Understands the fundamentals of coding and comfortable writing scripts/extensions where necessary; preferably experienced in Javascript and working with APIs (Authentication, GraphQL, RESTful) and JSON.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Degree related to Business Administration, Data or Engineering is preferred
