B2B National Account Manager - Germany & Austria

A great new opportunity has arisen in our Global B2B team. We’re passionate about escapism, connection and the wellbeing of ourselves and our environment. In this position you’ll play a key role in helping to build the business with our strategic partners, reporting into the Global B2B Director.

You’ll be responsible for growing revenue in the German and Austrian markets through leadership of our  B2B channel.  This will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, managing key accounts, and strategic independents.  You’ll find that you have a lot of empowerment and cross-divisional collaboration along the way.  

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand DE and AT market share.

  • Identify and prioritise key accounts, establish relationships with key decision-makers, negotiate sales contracts and serve as the primary point of contact to drive revenue growth.

  • Service and support accounts with training, promotional events, trade marketing support, and other activities that drive strong sell-through and reorder.

  • Build winning assortments to drive brand awareness and commercial results.

  • Analyse sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.

  • Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights to senior management to track performance and inform strategic decision-making.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge and identify new business opportunities.

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote brand awareness and build relationships with key stakeholders.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in a sales role, preferably in the apparel and/or outdoor specialty channel.

  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and managing key accounts.

  • Experience working within a brand preferred.

  • Able to travel regularly for business.

  • Commercially astute, ambitious and driven; hungry for success and responsibility.

  • Successful in a startup environment, excited about building strategies, systems and solutions.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.

  • Great collaborator, effective at working within a dynamic and distributed team.

  • Solution-oriented problem solver with a can-do attitude in a challenging and evolving environment.
