Passenger is driven by a passion for escapism, connection, and the wellbeing of both people and the planet. As a fast growing brand in the outdoor sector, we create products that are 'made to roam' and embody a culture that embraces inclusivity and fosters a collaborative team environment. We’re looking for someone who shares our passion for protecting the planet while building something unique and authentic.
The Low down:
An exciting opportunity has emerged within our Sourcing team at Passenger. We are deeply committed to celebrating diversity and fostering a collaborative culture that reflects our love for the outdoors and sustainability.
In this pivotal role as Sourcing Executive, you will be responsible for managing and developing Passenger’s trims, packaging and component-led material supply base. This includes secondary materials and selected accessory categories that are materials and compliance driven.
Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you will ensure our products meet Passenger’s commercial, quality and sustainability standards, maintaining strong ethical and regulatory oversight across the supply base.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
Leading the procurement and ongoing management of Passenger’s trims, packaging and secondary material suppliers to meet quality, cost, lead time and ethical standards.
Managing sourcing activities across component-led product categories, ensuring materials and trims are commercially viable, fully compliant and aligned with Passenger’s sustainability and certification requirements.
Acting as a key point of contact for nominated suppliers, building strong and accountable working relationships.
Owning sourcing activities from initial development through to bulk production, ensuring alignment with critical path timelines.
Preparing, analysing and maintaining costings for trims, packaging and secondary materials, ensuring data accuracy and commercial integrity.
Contributing to and leading commercial discussions and negotiations with suppliers to support target costs and margin objectives.
Collaborating closely with Design, Product Development and Production teams to ensure seasonal milestones are achieved.
Maintaining accurate supplier, material and costing data within PLM systems and internal sourcing tools.
Supporting the onboarding and strategic development of new suppliers in line with Passenger’s sourcing strategy, ensuring documentation and certifications remain up to date.
Partnering with ESG and QA teams to uphold ethical, sustainability and regulatory requirements, driving responsible material decisions across the supply base.
Proactively identifying and resolving issues relating to cost, quality, lead time or supplier performance, and representing Passenger at supplier visits and trade fairs as required.
What you will bring:
Solid experience in a sourcing, procurement or supply chain role within apparel, accessories, footwear or textiles.
Strong working knowledge of trims, packaging, secondary fabrics and/or materials for component-led product categories (for example footwear materials or technical trims).
Confident experience using product line management (PLM) systems or similar tools to manage material, supplier and costing data accurately.
A sound understanding of costing structures, with experience supporting or contributing to supplier negotiations.
Practical experience working with ESG, ethical sourcing and supply chain compliance requirements.
Experience supporting supplier onboarding and maintaining compliance documentation and certifications.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple seasonal workstreams and meet critical path deadlines.
Clear and confident communication skills, with the ability to build effective working relationships across suppliers and cross-functional teams.
A proactive, commercially aware and detail-focused approach, with strong problem-solving capability.
