Social Media Coordinator
Where we create: Passenger is based in the New Forest, UK. This is a hybrid role with 3 days per week at HQ, just 90 minutes from Clapham Junction if you’re in London, with flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
The Low down: A sought after opportunity has arisen in our legendary brand team for a Social Media specialist. We’re passionate about escapism, connection and the wellbeing of ourselves and our environment. In this position you’ll play a key role in delivering this brand purpose in a direct and rewarding way, reporting directly to the Social Media Manager.

You’ll be responsible for creating authentic and impactful social native content, engaging with our social media community and shaping Passenger stories that entertain, educate, bring people together and inspire millions of roamers globally.
What you’ll be doing day to day:
Work with the Social Media Manager to schedule social media content across channels in line with the GTM calendar.
Capture and edit short-form social native content.
Support the social team in creating simple, authentic content, including carousels and reels
Plan, create and publish stories throughout the week.
Help source and organise community-generated and influencer content.
Engage with our community across all social media channels.
Proactively pitch new formats, trends and ideas to keep content fresh and culturally relevant.
Analyse performance and make suggestions based on insights.
What you will bring:
A social media specialist with minimum 2 years professional social media experience
Creative and curious about social media culture, with a strong eye for emerging trends
Positive and can-do attitude in a challenging and evolving environment
Comfortable filming and editing social native video content
Social video editing skills (CapCut Premiere Pro or similar)
Proactive and organised with a good eye for detail
An eye for brand nuance, tone, creativity, design and copywriting

Typical hours: 8.30am - 5pm Monday - Friday (flexible for time spent outside of these hours).
