Where we create:
Passenger HQ is based in New Forest, UK. This role is remote/hybrid and ideally for a candidate situated in the UK willing to travel to HQ for key critical path meetings and also to spend time with the product team. Travel to HQ is required for our quarterly cabin session, when we bring out remote teams together for some meaningful escapism.
The Low down:
A great new opportunity has arisen in our Operations team. In this position, you’ll play a key role in owning and driving the end-to-end business wide seasonal critical path, from pre-season kickoff through to successful go-live in stores and on the website, reporting into the Chief Operating Officer.
This role ensures seamless coordination across cross-functional teams, delivering products to market on time, within scope, and aligned with strategic objectives. The GTM Program Manager will act as the central point of accountability, managing timelines, risks, and stakeholder communication to ensure flawless and timely seasonal range launches.

What you’ll be doing day to day:
Pre-Season Kickoff
Collaborate with product, sourcing, development, design, brand, finance, supply chain and SLT to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and align on a comprehensive GTM critical path timeline, including key milestones and dependencies.
Facilitate kickoff meetings to ensure stakeholder alignment and clarity on roles and responsibilities.
Product Development Oversight
Manage the critical path for product development, ensuring alignment with design, production, and quality assurance timelines.
Coordinate with R&D, sourcing, and production teams to track progress and resolve bottlenecks.
Monitor and mitigate risks related to product quality, supply chain disruptions, or timeline delays.
Cross-Functional Coordination
Serve as the primary point of contact for all GTM-related activities, fostering collaboration between product, production, brand, channels, operations
Ensure clear communication of project status, performance against milestones, risks, and updates through regular checkpoints and reports.
Go-Live Execution
Oversee final preparations for in-store and online launches, including channel merchandising and readiness.
Partner with marketing to ensure promotional campaigns and assets are ready for launch.
Coordinate with e-commerce and B2B teams to ensure a seamless customer experience at go-live.
Post-Launch Review
Conduct post-launch analysis and wider retrospective to evaluate GTM performance against KPIs (e.g., on-time delivery, on-full delivery, sales targets, content quality, customer feedback).
Document lessons learned and implement process improvements for future launches.
What you will bring:
5+ years of experience in program or project management, preferably in retail, e-commerce, or consumer goods.
Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional product launches from concept to market.
Strong understanding of product development, supply chain, and go-to-market processes in apparel or related categories.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple workstreams.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and data-driven decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
